Description
SNZB-05P is a low-power Zigbee 3.0 protocol-based water leak sensor that detects real-time water leakage in the environment. It allows for work with other devices through scene linkage settings. For instance, placing the sensor in areas like the basement, kitchen, or attic, it will trigger a Gateway sound alarm and send an App notification when water leakage is detected.
【Precise Leak & Drip Detection】: Features an elevated probe design that can detect water levels as low as 0.5mm. Its concave surface ensures quick drip capture while preventing false triggers, even on metal surfaces.
【Extended Area Coverage】: Supports connection with external water leak detection cables (sold separately). These cables can be connected in series without length limitations, allowing the sensor to monitor both wide areas and narrow spots.
【Dual-Layer Real-Time Alerts】: Sends instant App push notifications to your phone upon detection. Simultaneously, it supports Zigbee local scenes that can trigger a Gateway sound alarm, ensuring alerts are issued even during a WiFi outage.
【Broad Zigbee 3.0 Compatibility】: Works seamlessly with a variety of Zigbee 3.0 hubs, including SONOFF NSPanel Pro, SONOFF iHost, ZB Bridge series, SmartThings Hub V3, and integrates easily with Home Assistant (via ZHA or Zigbee2MQTT).
